The predominant Rufete grape in this wine contributes to its structure, softness, and complexity. It is an intense, elegant, and harmonious wine, excellent for tasting in harmony with dishes of delicate flavors from Mediterranean cuisine. Vinification of Pipa Rosa Reserva Tinto by Osvaldo Amado: Total destemming. Gentle and delicate remontage followed by 30 days of cuvaison (post-fermentation maceration). 25% of the wine aged in new French Oak barrels.
