Vinification of Pipa Rosa Reserva Branco by Osvaldo Amado: Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification, alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Batonnage after alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for three months.
