Description
Vinification and aging of the Ponte da Barca Reserva de Sócios Loureiro green wine: The grapes underwent a gentle maceration and after the must was decanted, a slow fermentation followed, with a yeast chosen to preserve the grape variety's profile, at a temperature between 16 and 18 ºC. The fermentation finishes in used French oak barrels, remaining there for 6 to 8 months in bâtonnage.
