    Vinification of Pontual Grande Reserva Red: Vinification in stainless steel vats, with total destemming of the grapes, pre-fermentative maceration of 2 days, the alcoholic fermentation temperature was controlled at 25ºC. Aging for 24 months in American and French oak barrels.
