Detail A Of Arinto White 2022

The Arinto A wine was produced from a single grape variety, Arinto. The ripening of the grapes was slow and quite balanced, having been harvested in the second week of October, maintaining the desired acidity and good grape health. After careful selection on the sorting table, the grapes were lightly foot-trodden to break the berry and macerated for 12 hours with the whole cluster, then directly pressed without racking into used French oak barrels of 225 and 228 liters where it naturally fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged, without bâtonnage, in the same barrels for 10 months, without racking and with the fermentation lees until bottling. A wine with good aging potential.
