Description
Vinification of Porto Barros LBV 2019: Manual harvest at its best moment, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and vinified in a careful maceration with extraction of color, tannins and aromas from the skins, complemented by permanent pump-overs during fermentation. This process takes place in tanks with temperature controlled between 28-30oC, until the desired Baume is reached. At this stage, grape spirit (benefit) is added, resulting in a fortified wine. Exceptional quality wine, from a single harvest, bottled between the fourth and sixth year after the harvest.
