Fruity and fresh profile, in a modern style. Blend with 5 yearsVinification of Porto Borges Coroa tawny: after receiving the grapes, which must arrive at the winery in perfect sanitary conditions, they are crushed and destemmed. They ferment for 3 to 4 days with the skins, regularly immersed by remontages, for greater extraction of color and aromas. This is followed by the separation of the skins from the must and wine spirit at 77% v/v is added to it, so that the wine presents 19% alcohol and 90 to 120 g/l of reducing sugars from the grape itself.
