Description
Fruity and intense profile. Wine produced from a single harvest highlighted for its excellent quality. Vinification of Porto Borges LBV 2019: this is a very noble quality wine. The grapes were transported in 20 kg boxes to arrive in perfect condition. After receiving the grapes, they are crushed with partial destemming. They ferment for 3 to 4 days in lagares with foot treading for greater extraction of color and aromas. At the right time, the separation of the skins from the must is carried out and 77% vol grape spirit is added to finish the fermentation. Then the wine ages for 4 to 6 years before bottling to complete its evolution in the bottle.
