Description
Fresh and fruity profile, already with some age evolution. It is a batch aged 3/4 years. Vinification of Porto Borges White: After receiving the grapes, which should arrive at the winery in perfect condition, they are crushed and destemmed. The must from the pressed grapes is cooled to 8-12 °C and decanted. After decanting, fermentation begins with temperature control (12-14 °C). After fermentation, fortification is carried out by adding grape spirit at 77% v/v.
