We recommend serving this wine ideally at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC. Given its particularities, this wine can be enjoyed over an extended period of time after opening the bottle. Ideally, we recommend drinking the wine within two months after opening the bottle. The Krohn Reserve Ruby is very suitable for the classic port-cheese combination. A good cheddar would be ideal. It is also delicious with desserts based on dark chocolate and wild berries.
