Vinification of Porto Messias 20 Years White: Wine from skin maceration, fermented at a controlled temperature (18-20ºC), which when the must reaches the desired sweetness value, fermentation is stopped by the addition of aguardente (77%), then aged in oak wood in the warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia until bottled.
