Obtained from the careful blending of Porto wines aged in cask selected among the best from various harvests. Approved by the IVDP (Instituto dos Vinhos do Douro e do Porto) for the use of the denomination Special Reserve HARVESTS: Grapes selected in the vineyard and hand-cut VINIFICATION: Controlled fermentation with maceration, interrupted by the addition of grape spirit AGING: Blending of Porto Wines selected among the best of each harvest, aged in oak cask, with an average age of 5/7 years
