Vinification of Prazo de Roriz Red Wine 2018: Grapes handpicked and transported in small boxes to the winery. Manual and mechanical sorting process. The start of the fermentation process is induced by inoculation with a culture of active dry yeast at temperatures between 22ºC-24ºC. Aging: 6 months in 400 L French oak barrels.
