    Description

    Vinification of the Proibido À Capela Red Wine 2020: After manual harvest and transport to the winery in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were hand-destemmed and the grapes were foot-trodden in a small lagar. The fermentation started spontaneously and lasted approximately 20 days. It was racked into a jar without the use of electricity.
