Quanta Terra Family Edition White 2007

Aged for almost 14 years in barrel, this wine reveals enormous complexity and vitality. At first impression, it recalls a Sherry, but soon unfolds into sweet and salty notes simultaneously, ranging from candied fruit, quince jelly, white chocolate, buttery cream, to touches of glasswort and iodine. With a striking personality, it is dry but presents a creamy, vibrant, and surprisingly fresh texture.
