    Description

    Vinification of Quinta da Alorna White Wine: separate harvest of each grape variety, destemming and gentle pressing. The clarified must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature according to the aromatic origin of each grape variety. After the final blend, the wine is stabilized and filtered before bottling.
