Description
Description
Vinification of Quinta da Alorna Reserva Red Wine 2019: We control the grapes in the vineyard aiming for optimal ripening. The two grape varieties are vinified separately. After 2 days of skin maceration, to extract more aromas, fermentation follows with temperature controlled at 23ºC. After malolactic fermentation and 12 months aging in French oak barrels, the final batch is fined and filtered before bottling.
