    Description

    Vinification of Quinta da Alorna Red Wine 2019: Grapes harvested separately, total destemming. After 2 days of cold skin maceration, fermentation follows with temperature controlled at 23ºC. Malolactic fermentation begins and it remains aging in stainless steel tanks until the final blend moment. It is fined and filtered before bottling.
