Description
The Quinta da Pedra Escrita is located in Freixo de Numão, in the Upper Douro, at an average altitude of 575 meters. The dry and arid soils are predominantly granitic, sandy, and very poor in nutrients. Fermentation and aging with stirring of fine lees in 500 L French oak barrels until bottling.
