    Quinta da Romaneira Malhadal Syrah Vinification: The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks for 7 days, after which malolactic fermentation was carried out, a small part of which in barrels. 100% of this wine underwent a maturation period in wood for 10 months, 6% being new French oak wood (225-liter barrel)
