    Description

    Vinification of Quinta da Terrugem Red Wine: fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks and in vats with controlled temperature and lasts approximately one week, followed by a period of skin maceration. After this period, the wine ages in French oak barrels for 12 months. At the end of the aging, the final blend of the wine is made.
