Quinta De Azevedo Torre Grande Escolha White 2022

Vinification of Quinta de Azevedo Torra Grande Escolha Branco: The manually harvested grapes are immediately sent to the cold chamber. After reaching 10ºC, they are gently sent to the destemmer and softly pressed at low temperatures, followed by static cold decantation for 3 to 5 days, with lees stirring in the first 24 hours. Fermentation with temperature controlled between 15-16ºC. Maturation: After alcoholic fermentation, the wine aged for 8 months in 1200L barrels and 500L French oak barrels of 1st and 2nd use. 15% of the batch aged on lees in stainless steel tanks to preserve all freshness.
