Description
Quinta do Cardo Superior Branco is made from organic grapes of the Síria variety, handpicked at Quinta do Cardo in plots over 40 years old, planted at altitude. It is a wine with great depth, reminiscent of citrus and apricot, with a complex and creamy flavor and a broad and vibrant finish. Vinification: after pressing the grapes, the must was fermented in a stainless steel tank for 30 days, at about 14ºC. This was followed by one year of aging on the fine lees of fermentation.
