Quinta Do Pessegueiro Grand Reserve Red 2019
Description
Description
VINIFICATION: The harvest was carried out in the month of September. The grapes were transported in 22Kg boxes to the winery. They were kept for 12 hours in a cold chamber, being gravity-fed to the vats, where complete fermentation took place with foot treading. The wine aged for 12 months in 225L barrels and 600L casks of French and Austrian oak.
