Quinta do Pinto Chenin Blanc WhiteFrom the beginning, Quinta do Pinto has been bold in selecting its grape varieties, even pioneering several varieties. In this wine, we present Chenin Blanc, a rare variety in the wine world and even more so in our country. In this way, we showcase a grape with a unique and distinctive character influenced by our terroir.Winemaking: Night harvest to preserve all aromatic components. Upon entering the winery, the grapes were destemmed and gently crushed, followed by cold maceration for 4 hours. Subsequently, open-tank pressing was performed. Must clarification by static cold decantation for 48 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature between 14-16°C with indigenous yeasts, in a cement tank. Aging on fine lees for 3 months.
