Description
Vinification of Quinta do Poco do Lobo Reserva Branco Wine: The best grapes from our Quinta do Poço do Lobo were harvested at the ideal moment of ripeness, destemmed and crushed, then macerated at 10 ºC. After pressing the wine masses, the must was clarified and fermented in French oak wine barrels. After alcoholic fermentation was completed, battonage was carried out for 5 months. The aging on lees lasted for 8 months.
