Quinta Do Poco Lobo Cabernet Sauvignon Red 2003

The Quinta do Poço Lobo Cabernet Sauvignon red wine resulted from grapes grown in the best "terroir" of Quinta do Poço do Lobo for the Cabernet Sauvignon house, the D. Júlia plot. Grapes that stood out for their exceptional sanitary and ripeness condition were selected. In the winery, after destemming the grapes, a pre-fermentative maceration took place, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, and post-fermentation for a total period of more than 15 days. Once malolactic fermentation was completed, it aged for 12 months in half barrels of French Allier oak. It was bottled without undergoing clarifying or stabilizing treatments, so it may develop sediment resulting from the precipitation of natural wine compounds.
