Description
The Quinta do Portal Auru Red Wine 2019 is macerated in small lagares at a controlled temperature of 26-28ºC using gravity techniques for moving grape/must/wine. This unique wine, of very limited production, results from a blend of the usual Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Francesa, which is then vinified in small lagares allowing a very intimate approach in the process, respecting the fruit to the maximum, performing a very gentle extraction.
