Description
Description
Quinta do Romeu Reserva BrancoVinification: Blend of traditional Douro grape varieties from the field, including Gouveio, Viosinho, Arinto, and Rabigato. After manual selection of the bunches, the grapes are co-fermented, with 1/5 of the selection in 500-liter Austrian oak barrels with light toast, and the rest in stainless steel tanks with temperature control between 15ºC and 20ºC. Then, it is aged on fine lees with regular batonnage.
