Description
Manual harvest. Reception with total destemming and immediate crushing, the grapes are fermented by varieties in order to achieve a rigorous selection that will then give rise to the "blend". Fermentation is done in small capacity stainless steel tanks, with temperatures around 24ºC. Gentle and controlled macerations to obtain elegant and aromatic wines.
