Description
Vinification of Quinta do Poço do Lobo Reserva Red Wine: the best grapes grown in our Quinta do Poço do Lobo were hand-harvested, and after a rigorous selection and destemming, they macerated for 10 days in a vat with a pneumatic foot treader. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 12 months in oak barrels. It was bottled after minimal clarification.
