Description
Vinification of Reguengos Garrafeira dos Socios Red Wine: The grapes from the manual harvest of our members are immediately destemmed and crushed. With the addition of selected yeasts, fermentation begins at a controlled temperature (25ºC). During this period, maceration or soaking is done through a timed pumping-over process, in order to achieve greater extraction of color and tannins. The soaking lasts about 15 days.
