The Diplomático Ambassador rum is a refined rum crafted from the finest rum reserves of the distillery. After a minimum of twelve years aging in white oak barrels, until the ideal maturity is reached, the rums are aged for an additional two years in Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels, contributing to the complex sensory profile of the Ambassador. This unparalleled rum features aromas reminiscent of Porto wine, dried fruits, and cigar boxes. On the palate, it is complex with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and toasted oak leading to a long and pleasant finish.
