    Description

    Vinification of Ribeiro Santo Automatic White Wine: Manual harvest. Grapes from an old Encruzado vineyard of Quinta do Ribeiro Santo. Grapes pressed with 100% of the stems. Selection of grape must and decantation at low temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with the indigenous yeasts of the wine followed by aging in stainless steel tanks, only filtered before bottling.
