Description
Ribeiro Santo Encruzado DouradoGrapes from a single vineyard of the Encruzado variety, from Quinta do Ribeiro Santo. Total destemming. Prolonged maceration in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts together with the musts. Fermentation temperature around 17ºC. At the end of fermentation, the musts are pressed, separating the free-run juice from the press fraction.
