Description
Vinification of Ribeiro Santo Encruzado and Touriga Nacional Red Wine: Encruzado grapes harvested separately from Touriga Nacional – the entire process was done individually. The blend determines the percentage of each grape variety – 15% Encruzado and 85% Touriga Nacional. Manual harvest. Total destemming. Prolonged maceration in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts under controlled temperature for 20 days. Foot treading. Racking into new 225L French oak barrels for 12 months. After aging, the blend was made.
