Ribeiro Santo Grande Choice Red 2020

Vinification of Ribeiro Santo Grande Escolha Red Wine: The grapes were completely destemmed for small stainless steel vats, where they macerated for 24 hours at low temperature before starting alcoholic fermentation, with selected yeasts and controlled temperature. The alcoholic fermentation lasted about 15 days, with foot treading for good extraction of color and aromas. After fermentation, it was racked into new French oak barrels, where it remained for 14 months until bottling, and after bottling it stayed a minimum of 6 months in the bottle in a cool cellar.
