Rum El Dorado 8 Years

Rum El Dorado is a unique rum, due to being the only rum of the "Rum Demerara" style and possessing the oldest wooden stills in the world still in operation, some dating back to the 17th century. An exceptional premium amber rum, slightly full-bodied and aged in ex-bourbon barrels. The El Dorado 8 years is the result of the knowledge of the Master Blenders, composed of aged runs coming from at least four of the traditional wooden stills preserved at the Demerara distillery, including the original Enmore wooden Coffey still and the double wooden still of Port Mourant. This rum is a complex fusion of strongly full-bodied and flavorful rum with a smoother rum.
