    Description

    Stage of the Bairrada São Domingos Harvest Red Wine: the grapes are completely destemmed and fermented at temperatures of 28ºC, in small capacity stainless steel fermenters with long macerations and frequent pump-overs. After malolactic fermentation, the batch aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
