Description
Vinification of the Sino da Romaneira Red Wine 2019: this wine was vinified in specially designed conical stainless steel tanks with temperature controlled between 25 and 28 degrees Celsius. It fermented for 5 to 6 days and immediately underwent malolactic fermentation. The entire batch was aged in wood but 0% new wood, for 10 months.
