    Description

    Vinification of Sobroso Red Wine: The grapes were hand-harvested and transported to our winery where the transformation process began with vinification in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and prolonged post-fermentation maceration of 21 days. Aging: The wine aged for 6 months in 500-liter French oak barrels.
