    Vinification of Tapada de Villar Reserva Red Wine: Selected plots. Grapes harvested during the night to avoid high temperatures. Grapes destemmed at the entrance of the winery located in the center of the vineyard. Maceration fermentation in a vat with delestage. Aging in French oak barrels for 8 months.
