Description
Vinification of Titan of Douro Red Wine Magnum: fresh grapes at their ideal ripeness, handpicked into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the winery where they undergo a careful manual selection, destemming, and foot treading in a stone lagar for 4 hours, and then the must is transferred to fermentation tanks with temperature control, where it ferments for 10 days. The aging and maturation is done for nine months in French oak barrels.
