    Description

    Vinification of Torre de Menagem Alvarinho/Trajadura Vinho Verde Wine: Gentle pressing and decanting for 8 to 12 hours at a controlled temperature between 12 - 16ºC. Fermentation up to 15 days with temperature control between 16 - 18ºC. Aging: in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and regular stirring of the lees for 3 months.
