Description
Vinification of Vallado Três Melros Red Wine: The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified in stainless steel tanks with capacities of 5 and 10 tons. The must ferments for about a week at 23º - 25º C, with programmed automatic remontage. Aging: about 45% of the wine ages for 16 months in 225-liter French oak barrels; the remaining wine ages for the same period in stainless steel tanks.
