    Description

    Vinification of Vallado Reserva Field Blend Red Wine Magnum: Some of the grapes are foot-trodden in a lagar. The rest are vinified in five-ton stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature and robotic remontage. Aging: after malolactic fermentation, all wines are racked into 225-liter French oak barrels where they remain for 18 months.
