    Description

    Vinification of Vallado Rosé Wine: the grapes, coming from the selected Touriga Nacional vineyard, are vinified in the open vat system. Fermentation lasts about 1 month with temperature controlled between 14º to 16º C. Aging: 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
