Description
Vinification of the Vallado Red Wine 2021 of 3 Liters: About 80% of the grapes come from vineyards planted in the 1990s and 20% from old vines aged between 60 and 100 years. The grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks of 5 and 10 tons capacity, fully destemmed. The must ferments for about a week at 23º-25ºC with programmed automatic remontage.
