    Description

    Vinification of Vallado Vinha da Granja Red: The grapes, after careful manual selection on the sorting table, are completely destemmed and ferment for 10 days in oak barrels, with temperature control and mechanical remontage by robot. This wine aged 80% in new 225 l French oak barrels and 20% in second-year barrels for 20 months.
