Vinification of the Valle Pradinhos The Lost Corner 2017 Red wine: Manual harvest. Rigorous manual selection of the bunches. Total destemming, followed by pre-fermentative maceration. Fermentation with moderate temperature control and gentle daily manual punch-downs. Long post-fermentation maceration. Aged in 500l French oak barrels for 20 months.
